In a first step we will define your objective for the coaching together to make sure that we will focus our energy into the right direction. Then your coach will guide you by questions, observations and suggestions along your very own ideas and experiences to build a deeper understanding and let you develop a touchable result from that.
Each session includes:
- Preparation by way of an online questionnaire about 2 weeks prior to the session
- Definition of the coaching goal together with your coach by email and/or phone
- Synopsis of the topic, the coaching goals and the defined approach in your private online academy page
- 1 Coaching Session on a single topic
