I participated in one of Stefan’s 5 TQC01 sessions on „Advanced communication skills“ for supply chain engineers and their line managers in my function as training manager for the Bosch Training Center Shanghai.
Having experienced many trainers in this role, Stefan particularily impressed me with his professionalism – in the workshop as well as in the collaboration with my department. The participantes loved the training: they actively engaged in the discussions and exercises, worked highly concentrated and demonstrated with their questions that they were already starting to adapt the learnings to their individual working environment. This impression was confirmed by the excellent ratings for the training and the trainer in the participants’ feedback for all 5 sessions.
Personally I liked the relaxed and playful athmosphere in the workshop that made it easy for me to follow the arguments and engage with the group and the trainer. In the workshop I started reflecting on my attitude and style in communicating, and thanks to Stefan’s training I was able to improve my communication skills significantly, making it easier to get my message across and reach my objectives.
One example on how important it is for Stefan to make an impact on every single participant I would like to add: when he understood that not every single participant could follow the workshop completely due to insufficient English language skills, he asked the group not only to summarize the relevant arguments in the end of each segment, but also to translate this summary into Chinese, so that everyone could follow easily without having to expose himself and thus loosing face. His passion to create results coupled with his empathy for the needs of every one of his participants is an additional value in booking Stefan.
I enjoyed the cooperation and would like to work together with Stefan again in the future.
