Mr Stefan Gliesche has been working successfully with our company since September 2012 and conducts workshops and coaching sessions for real estate consultants, licence partners and managers in the business field of international expansion, in Italian and English, for our client, one of the largest franchise companies in the real estate industry.
Topics of these programmes are motivation based on the action control model, communication and sales individually tailored to the already established method and processes of Engel & Völkers as well as leadership and recruitment.
Mr Gliesche has transferred the existing training concept from German into Italian and adapted it to the special needs of the Italian market. In doing so, he implemented the learning and training objectives set by us and our clients sustainably and completely, with great satisfaction on the client-side.
The feedback from participants in the measures, as well as from the management of the Italian branch, has been positive without exception.
Based on these experiences, our client is currently in the process of considerably expanding the assignment to Mr Gliesche and also using his support in the strategic development of the region.
