I enjoyed Stefan’s workshop on „Empowering your workforce“ very much: we had invited him to introduce selected Senior HR Managers and HR Directors to personality-based leadership techniques. Thanks to the high quality of the workshop, this event helped us to intensify the relationship with prospective and important clients.

I was impressed how Stefan engaged from the first minute with the participants, warming them up for a game in short time. Interactive and entertaining, this workshop made me understand how I can better comunicate with my team and provide them with a motivating working environment to achieve our goals in a more harmonious and efficient way, thus making me more efficient as a leader.
